| Vincent Carpenter - Chief Executive Officer |

Vincent Carpenter has over 20 years experience in the Information Technology and Telecommunications industry in sales, marketing and management and has the majority of his experience with major tier one organizations including Brother International, NEC, Ericsson, Trend Micro and Primus Telecommunications. In addition to these companies, Vincent has been involved in three start-up companies, all of which completed their listing process.
Vincent held the position of General Manager of Azurn International (AZU), a Multimedia Platform provider for conferencing solutions and was instrumental with Chips & Bits, prior to the transition to IT&E (ITE) developing the procedures for the company to obtain ISO9001/2 accreditation for procedural management of processes.
He was also the National Sales Manager for AUS, a division of MultiEmedia (MUL) and has had broad experience in the channel development of all of these organisations with the focus on technology solutions to the Asia Pacific region. |

| Dion Nathanielsz - Chief Financial Officer |
Dion has over 20 years experience in the Banking/Finance industry within the Asia Pacific region. He has specialised in the area of Credit Risk, and has helped develop and implement business solutions through Customer Centric Strategies. These business solutions have incorporated Scorecard Development Systems and Processes for managing acceptable levels of Customer & Account Level Risk Exposure, Debt Recovery Processes, Anti Money Laundering, Fraud Detection S ystems and New Product Development.
Dion has a comprehensive knowledge base of retail banking operations and in conjunction with his expansive project management roles he has a complete understanding of warehousing financial applications, designing and deploying procedural control structures for tracking strategic and risk management performance in global organisational project and operation environments.
The Credit Lifecycle exposure Dion has obtained has enabled him to provide incisive Banking/Finance industry expertise on wide ranging new product introductions through credit card, personal loan or mortgage deployment strategies and specifically the development of low risk financial applications in order for organisations to implement customer level programs. |

| Lance Koch - Director |
Lance Koch has extensive sales experience in Telecommunications. Starting his career at Crazy Johns, he ascended quickly to becoming the leading sales representative nationally. He was later employed by a Telstra Partner, where he was appointed the National Sales Manager to lead up the first “Sales Only” Telstra Partner.
Within two years, Lance’s effort catapulted the company from a small operation to becoming a national player, winning numerous excellence awards. In early 2008, Lance moved on to form the Direct Sales Channel of Broadband Multinet.
Lance is a cofounder of the Fibre-To-The-Premises (FTTP) Division which would see Broadband Multinet's telecommunications model take an innovative leap in service offering. Working with councils, developers and builders in a multi-operational capacity, Lance’s diverse experience in the fibre deployment life cycle of FTTP ultimately secured the first of many developments with Devine Communities in late 2009. |
