Our focus is delivering telecommunication services across state of the art infrastructure to future proof residential and commercial high rise buildings and green field development estates. The delivery of these services is not limited to only green field estates, as there is also a high demand in the market to provide the similar services to existing buildings and developments that have deployed slower copper infrastructures.

As with any other Retail Service Provider (RSP), in the past Broadband Multinet experienced difficulty in meeting delivery of services to customers across legacy infrastructure (copper technology). This traditionally meant that we were bound by the upstream providers’ response times with little or no ability to drive the provisioning process.

With that in mind, Broadband Multinet now partners with various carriers who allow us to have input to the service delivery and timeframes that our customers need. Our selected partners provide and manage their own infrastructure which enables Broadband Multinet to work closely with the engineering team of our partner who support the carrier infrastructure. One of the critical components of service delivery is the ability to meet provisioning timelines and the after sales management of our customers. Aligning so closely with a diverse selection of telecommunications carriers now sees us taking ownership and responsibility for an end-to-end solution.
